TB closing

I am tuning MB 2009 with supercharger, TB is closing at WOT. any thoughts ???

Desired air load need to be raised? Egt tq limit table. Can you post the tune?

Number 1: set this table to 100 across the board and test it out. Ill bet this is the majority of the issue

If it still closes after that, but less, open Engine -> General -> Desired Air Load and set the 100% column higher. Its around 110-105 stock, try 150 then 200 and see if that helps. If it does, then smooth that table afterward to not have a steep ledge of DAL at 100%

Your max desired throttle and max airload also appear to be stock. What variants are your car?

I changed them all as you said. them I tried all possible things came to my mind....

Did you change the max desired throttle and max airload tables as well?

Try disabling Spark Retard Allowed in torque management/general.

Please add the following parameters to your scanner and post a new log: Torque Limiting Active, Spark Intervention Active, spark torque management active, Fuel cut, Current percent of max torque, indicated torque, maximum permissible torque, model egt in manifold.
