Some things I'm seeing are(there might be more, but your log only shows a quick hit of the throttle that lasts like 3 seconds)
- MAF doesn't seems to be dialed in, you are +8 before you go WOT and +15 when you finally achieve commanded lambda. During low loads you are anywhere between -16 to -25 at times...
- You aren't logging nearly enough PIDs(add Spark Source, Fuel Source, VCT Source, Torque Source, IPC Wheel Torque Error, Driver Demand Limit Source)
Suggestion for now:
- Engine>Fuel>OL & CL > Fuel enrichment rate = .200/second (which is less than your .900 you have now, but still 4x faster than stock)
- Engine>Airflow>General>Airflow vs. Voltage = Set this back to stock values and leave them alone
- Engine>Airflow>General> MAF Airflow vs MAF Period <<<MAF period is what you adjust to calibrate the MAF
- Engine>Airflow>Variable Camshaft>OP Enrichichment Req = Disable (disable this, it was the reason my car would stay stuck at lambda 1 during WOT until 6,000rpm, was really annoying)
Drive the car while dataloging MAF period vs STFT(since you have LTFT disabled) in order to populate the necessary value for you to calibrate the MAF. Don't try any more WOT pulls until that MAF is dialed in.
MAF period for your historgram(just copy and paste it like it shows up on my pic)
83.3 101 107 114 119.8 123 128 132 136 139 143.5 150 160.5 173 178 183.5 188 193 200 207 210 215.5 220 226 242 259 275 290 320 330 360 410 450 500 540 590 605 635 650 1485
Here is the Math I used for STFT, go ahead and create this one for yourself using the same set up I have below:

Here is the histogram you will create using the Math PID you just created. Copy and paste the MAF period values I posted a bit higher up on the last row where I have it one mine.

Once you have those things set up you can start doing some driving around, varying RPMs and throttle, avoid OP/WOT, you want to populate the histogram as much as possible with as many hits/cell as possible. I usually just do a long 30 minute continuous drive through streets and highway. Once you have it populated, copy them and special paste them into the MAF period. There is more details on this over on the MAF thread
