8L90, reduce the pause on shifts

So, I've heard that tq management isn't something to totally delete anymore. How does one go about reducing the pause between the shifts? It literally feels like someone who doesn't know how to drive stick is making the shifts on my 8L90/6.2 Silverado. I don't really want it to bark gears or anything, but something much more solid/quick compared to this is needed for sure. What are people doing to correct this? I've read a few people have copied the 'vette A8 settings. Is that the best thing going?

shift timers and pressures come in to play with this. reduce the shift times a touch and up the pressure a tad. it comes down to personal preference in the end. there is other factors that play into this as well on the spark side of the map, but that is for wot shifting purposes, not part throttle.
