Cruise Control throwing a P2138 and Limp mode

GMPP PCM on a standalone Gen V LT1 dry sump in a 1966 GTO. Keep getting a P2138 which is APP 1 and APP 2 vary more than 10% for 1 second. Its the cruise control that piggy backs into the accelerator pedal doing it when I turn it on and off. Extremely intermittent and Ive replaces the entire cruise module and harness already.
Ive also deleted all APP codes to see if that would help. But still throws the car into limp mode and no throttle response when it happens. Any way to have it not go into limp mode?

    E92 PCM

I have scoped the APP1 and 2 and looks like slight static on the line when the code pops. I have isolated the module, rewired the powers directly to the fuse box next to the battery, and it still does it. Just want to have it not go into limp mode.

Found some circuit codes that I missed. Deleted those and now it works dandy. Lock or delete thread.
