03 lb7 flash-read issue

Purchased credits to tune my 03 duramax it won't let me read the engine only my transmission after 2 failed attempts at rereading the pcm it asked me to purchase another liscence sent all my info to hp support and they have not gotten back to me no help at all not sure if anyone on here has delt with this same issue or not let me know the fix please

Try to read without using high speed. If you have an aftermarket radio, unplug radio and converter. Also if the truck previously was flashed by EFI LIVE or another tuner it may need to be restored to stock by the dealer before it will read correctly. And you dont need to purchase or use credits to read it out.
