    New cam, got a issue....

    Well I installed a new cam this weekend and now I can't get my 2006 TBSS to start without giving it some pedal. Once it starts it idles fine and doesn't stall. What do I need to do to fix it?? Any help is appreciated.

    Cam = 232/242 .600"/.600" on a 112lsa

    The truck also has a Yank SS3600 and exhaust. No header or CAI, yet.

    Thank you for the help!

    Did you tune the VE/MAF yet? What is the idle set to? Did you do the idle airflow yet?

    might have some cranking VE issues. Also though, idle airflow needs to be bumped up like said above. Whats the idle rpm you have set?

    Guys, thanks for the help. I have the idle set for 1050rpm. I have bumped up the start up airflow. I have not touched the VE / MAF yet.
    Once the truck starts with pedal it seems to run pretty darn good, drives fine and idles good. No surging or bucking really. Keep the help coming, I am new at this and can use all of the help I can get.

    do the VE and MAF tables, there is really no need to post about questions or issues until you have them dialed in, that will give you so many problems and is the first step in tuning.
