    tring to learn

This is my first time tuning and I have been reading on these forums and any other info about it, I made a scan of my truck completely stock 2014 ford f150 5.0 looking at long term fuel trims at idle, they get up to over 5 and fuel source says cl stoich I guess my question is how would I go about tuning this cause I looked in editor and don't see a table listed cl stoich

Cl stoich stands for closed loop stoich. You can set you stoich in Engine>Fuel>General, it is 14.08 by default, which is correct for pump gas. Theres a few modifiers and multipliers that could change it, but should hover around 14.0.
