    dyno result and boosted issue

    i would share my result of modif chaarger 06 rt

    - 6.1 CamShaft
    - 6.1 Intake Manifolds
    - ARH 1/7/8
    - ATI 10% OD Pulley
    - ProCharger P1SC-1 @ 9.5lbs

    dyno 476 hp 552 trq.hpl

    the issue here is the engine torque higher than engine hp .. is that normal ??

    second : on the dyno _ max boost 8.5 lbs @ 6200 rpm
    on the street _ max boost 9.5 lbs @ 6200 rpm
    should i see more power with more boost ??

    Is it wastegated by chance? Do you have a log of the boost?

    Street versus dyno boost is a very common issue, I have the same between my superflow dyno and street, usually 1 to 1.5psi difference. Has to do with the load on the dyno and how quickly the engine is allowed to rev up, if it stays more loaded and revs slower on the dyno, you will see more boost and more torque, and the opposite if it revs more freely.

    do you have a baseline number? Procharger advertises 160+gain on 7psi.

    Also it would be about 550rwhp on a DynoJet.

    No it's stock setup and no I don't have boost log . . .

    Stock motor 283 rwhp and 285 trq

    6.1 Camshaft , CAI , 25% ud and headers 321 rwhp and 335 trq

    With stock crank pulley make 6.8 psi @ 6400 make 413 rwhp and 397 trq

    I think what youre seeing is the setup choking up top and breathing well in the mid range, hence the higher torque than whp.

    it was from bad air filter and bad bypass valve .. make extra 30 whp and torque now 478 after fix it

    and the hp higher than tourqe beacuse a 6.1 cam and manifolds

    im happy now with these power . . eating zl1 , shelby and more
