    !!! Attention !!!

    Updated from 2.4 to 3.4 and now when I get to the licencing window all the selections are ghosted out and I can no longer licence any file. I cant licence an Uploaded file from a vehicle or from the repository. Getting this message:

    !!! Attention !!!
    You do not have a license to perform the current action. Select the license you wish to activate from the list below. BLAH BLAH BLAH

    Problem is I cant select any file that has not been previously registered. Any new file cannot be Licensed now that I upgraded the software. I deleted the new 3.4 software and went back to 2.4 , it still looks like a newer version of the 2.4 that I was previously using.

    Is your application key all updated and have you plugged you MPVI into the computer while trying to open files?
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    Cant update the application key if you cant select one to update and yes the MPVI is plugged in

    Have you pulled an info log? That usually syncs up current licenses

    Make sure you are using your latest application key

    You can update the application key.. not sure what you mean by you can't select one to update?
    Post a log and tune if you want help

    Sounds like either
    a. you are using an old app key as I stated via email
    b. you don't have any credits left(less likely)
