Just request a new key and use it. You won't have to pay for anything extra. Plug in interface, add application key, take info log to sync licenses and you should be good to go.
You can install it on as many computers as you want. I have it on 3 of mine right now. No extra costs.

FYI you can request the new application key from your customer page at HP Tuners.com
Just make sure you are using your NEWEST application key. You should not be using old keys.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
