    Any help would be appreciated

I have a 2006 Saturn Ion Redline, Everytime I turn the car over it doesn't start. The RPMs don't show it turning over on the HPT scanner. I replaced the ECU engine wire harness, Crank position sensor like 5 times and still nothing. Does anyone know where the RPM gets its signal from?

The RPMs are read from the crankshaft position sensor.
