    Startup surge 07 Charger

Been trying to get a startup issue lined out on an 07 Charger 5.7 with a comp 268 cam. When I start the car hot or cold it will surge 3-4 times and level off. Once it levels off it is good in any other situation. Part throttle and WOT is done, but I would like to get rid of the startup surge. I have tried adjusting the throttle body airflow, large and small range, and startup airflow. Nothing seems to help other than raising the large/small ranges at 31lb/hr to match at 72lb/hr. I know that isnt correct but it helps. I tried lowering throttle body airflow, but that makes the surging worse. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

If reducing TB airflow made it worse, try icreasing TB airflow under 1v.
This will slow and reduce TB movements at idle and may help calm it down.
