Working on 2015 silverado not going into PE. The commanded AFR stays at 14.11. Occasionally PE will engage above 4000 RPMs. Anyone had an issue like this?

Peak torque table needs to reflect actual engine torque.
this is not your normal older e38/e67 pcms
everything is torque based/calculated

Put enable torque percentage back up around 30 to 50 or so too - right now unless I'm mistaken you have it setup to delay per other settings in the tune...
