Real Time (slight delay okay) Video With Overlay?

I'm interested in broadcasting motorsports stuff on Twitch.
So far I've had pretty good luck setting up a laptop that uses a hotspot and can stream raw video as I drive around.
But I'd really like to have the telemetry data from TrackAdditct/RaceRender show up on the display.

Do people have suggestions or insight into how to get near real time overlay?

I've been doing experiments and have a working platform from which to do real time live streaming from the car:



I'm running a Windows10 computer to do the OBS video composition and streaming to twitch.

I would very much like to be able to incorporate gauges, gforce, and track map screen elements.
