4l60e super short 1-2 shift

4l60e trans has a really really short 1-2 shift. like. 2-3 mph. some times it just starts in 2nd. attached is
82 c10 truck with a 03 lq4 and a 4l60e trans. the transmission shifted fine then broke the front pump replaced front pump. and a clean bill of health from 2 transmission builders

d1 urban file.
i thought this was kind of odd. 22.5 to 255.

Did you do a segment swap for the 4L60e?

Because that computer is suppose to control a 4L80e.

yes i believe so. i didnt do any of the previous tuning we had a friend doing it. he said all he did was go in a delete the vats. cant get him to do anything with it now. so i bought hp tuner to figure it out myself and with the help of you guys.

If all he did was disable the VATS then he never did the segment swap to change the transmission. Aside from that the tune looks totally stock.

I would find yourself the same OS that uses a 4L60e transmission, perform the segment swap with HPT and see how it drives. The 4L80e calibrations just isn't going to control the 4L60 right.
