100% Duty Cycle :) need to upgrade injectors

Gentlemen

i'm working on an application that runs 6.1 stock injectors ( N/A ) which it achieved its A+ grade of 100% DC LooooL. Now its time for upgrade.

i went through the forum, some people suggest SRT4 ones that is hard to find these days.

also the 0280158298 which i think it is easy to pick them out from Ford dealer, but that part number is Bosch's not Ford's. I discovered that GT500 has several types of injectors.

i;m not sure which to run, your suggestion is highly appreciated

How much power are you making? Depending what your budget is I'd use Injector Dynamics injectors.

I second Injector Dynamics. Those are the only injectors I would ever spend money on. I have over 65,000 miles on a set of ID1000's (In a GM 3800 v6), no issues with them ever.

Agreed, the quality is unmatched and very easy to tune. You can use a big injector and the idle and drivability is great because they are able to run at such a low PW

But I'm looking for an injector that is easy to tune with HPT and been experienced

i checked ID725 and it is twice the price of 60lb Siemens, i know it is better quality but Siemens isn't bad too

so i'm planning to go with SIEMENS DEKA 109958 625cc 60lb. but i have no idea about it's data since i will buy them from Amazon

can anyone help us with its data ?

If you are buying them from Amazon are you sure you will actually be getting REAL Deka's? (not counterfeit knock-offs) I know ID's are expensive, but it will make tuning much easier, there is no guessing. You just install them, drop in the numbers that ID provides you, and then forget you ever installed them. The support you can get from the guys at ID is second to none as well. When I installed the set in my 3800, they ran their full set of injector characterization tests just for me, since the motor has a weird 3.5 bar base fuel pressure.

When I stopped working on the car, I guess it was around 375hp on E85. I never saw over ~45% duty cycle on the injectors. The plan was always to replace the supercharger with a turbo, but it never happened.

Check ebay for Hellcat injectors. They are 60# and similar to the 6.1 injector physically.
