For starters you not logging enough stuff to get an idea whats up....also a 1 bar MAP? Spark looks very high even if your running race gas. Your high pressure rail pressure is an indicator the ecm is trying to compensate for another issue.
Also your baro not being broken out is going to cause hell on the correct pressure ratio which is what the VE is referenced from. I saw 106 KPA which is not a correct BARO... you need to step back and get a handle on how the system works before you have a bigger issue
