2015 Chellanger Hellcat stock calibration

Hi all
how can I see, if the PCM already is onlocked? I'm not sure. the car also produce more power than the stock should have.
can anyone send me a stock PCM file for this car?

lol. I was clicking through the tabs and was thinking this looks very GMish, then I clicked the operating system and saw the 2003 Yukon.
But its from a doctor and the internet is never wrong lol
