Started using 3.4.
1 of many questions I have is, Can 3.4 read and flash only the VCM?
I only see read entire vehicle and flash entire vehicle.
Version 2.24 had both options.
Also is there a tutorial for the VCM editor, like posted for the scanner in 3.4?
I`ve been searching and reading all I can about 3.4.

They haven't made a new Tutorial or how to stuff like back with 2.XX stuff. Someday I'm hoping there do but not holding my breath on that. Most of the stuff you find is member created to help you do things.
You can select to flash the PCM and the TCM seperate, you don't have to write the changes to both everytime. Once you are ready to flash a file (click write to vehicle) it will ask you what you want to flash and if the write is a calibration only or a write entire.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
