    The only time it is advised to do that is with you are GEN III Speed Density tuning (MAF Fail will automatically revert to the secondary PE table as well as the Lo-Octane spark table) without using one of the HP Tuners enhanced multi-bar operating systems...Of course after tuning is done, copy the lo octane to the Hi Octane and adjust the lo octane table down 8-10 degrees to support knock retard processing.
