2007 Pontiac Solstice - Read Hangs Halfway Through?

Hi all, I have a 2007 Pontiac Solstice. Was trying to read the PCM with the Editor and it gets about halfway through and stops. I thought maybe it had a locked tune on it so I had the dealer re-flash the PCM, but that did not help. I have successfully tuned two 2002 Pontiacs w/o issue. Any thoughts on what could be causing this problem? Is there something different about 2007 vehicles? Or maybe Solstices in particular? The laptop being used is running Windows 10 Home. The VCM Scanner works perfectly fine. Thanks for any advice.

Please make sure you have the latest 3.4 software. If you're still having issues, e-mail your debug.dat to support.

Thanks for getting back to me. I am running version 3.4.8.3 and sent the debug.dat file to the support email address.
