    TUTD 6L80e question

I recently installed a PCS paddle shifter in my truck and with my tune that was currently in the truck I could not get the shifters to work. After some playing around, I found a TCM in my shop with the same OS as the TCM in the truck. I read it out and flashed it over my TCM in the truck. Tapshift works as it is supposed to.

I flashed my original tune back to the truck and compared the transmission data for the TUTD with no luck.

Is there something in the working TCM data that HPTuners does not show that is allowing that OS to work and my original not to work?

    Tapshift working.hpt

    Tapshift not working.hpt

Any updates on this? It seems there is something HP Tuners is not showing.

If I am correct , the tune with it not working shows active range in d5 the tune that is working shows active range d4. Assuming when its in drive it means D4

I am actually working on this myself hopefully I am correct
