Hi just wanted to know if the ticket help system is working
It has been almost 4 weeks now since I lodged a request and I have had not had a reply except for the automated one.
I don't know whether it's been lost, it is being worked on but is complicated, or has not even made it to the front of the ticket system yet to be looked at.
I sent an email last week to see if there was an update and that has not been replied to either, the email included the ticket number in the title as requested. (RE: [#72543]
Do I need to lodge it again?
