New Injector Issues!!! Need help!!

Ok I need some direction here a little lost. I just replaced my stock injectors on my TBSS after doing a motor rebuild. I started up new motor with stock injectors (33 lb/hr?) then I replaced them and now the truck does not want to turn on. I used the FAST 57 lb/hr injectors that are flow rated using stock fuel pressure. The existing injectors showed 4.7 ms on the scanner and was wondering if that was out of line for the 57's. I bought the truck with a tune already in it and now I have to work off that. Has this injector swap issue happen to anyone else out there. If so where do I need to start my ms injector timing at? Motor info below..

403 cid
compression is close to 11.9:1 depending on head gasket
57 lb/hr injectors
RHS heads
102 FAST Intake w/ 102 throttle body

Any help will be much appreciated.....
