2006 5.4 F150 help please

I have 2006 F150 5.4 i am getting code P0016 truck runs fine. l need to pass rediness emissions with no codes test. l checked off no error reported for the P0016 code is gone. The issue l am having know other systems are not showing ready for my emissions test even after driving the truck for a week any help would be appreciated.

The monitors wont run with the conditions to set that code present. That is a cam/crank correlation code, typically happens when chain jumps a tooth. Timing is off so pcm wont run other monitors until issue is resolved.
