    Checksum and Definitions Errors

So I attempted to dig into a 2011 Taurus Ecoboost over the weekend. I selected the ecu and started the initial download. A few minutes later after the download completes I get two error messages when attempting to save the file. the first is a checksum error and the other is a definition error. I tried the download several times with the same result. I uninstalled vcm suite and installed a fresh download of 3.4, same result. I also reinstalled .net framework and cable drivers, no dice. Next I changed out my cables, all results the same. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have plenty of experience and have tuned ford, dodge, and gm (of course) all with the same hardware I'm failing with now. Hopefully it's just something I overlooked. I sent an email to support and haven't heard back yet so I figured I'd give a shout out to the community for some possibilities.

Included are screenshots of the errors and the download file from the SHO.
