    2.1.12's secret

ok so we get the black box logging thing but the secretive cloak and dagger-ness of the hpt crew has got me thinking... what could be the big cheese of releases that could somehow make releasing the editor/scanner setup look like a carved stone tablet? well... obviously there are clues if you pay attention: their competitions moves, demands from tuners/enthusiasts, and the sake of newer better technology and simpler tuning. sure, it couldve been many things, but every idea that was thrown out there, even the warmer, while decent, they lack the pizaz to be the holy grail of tuning. well i think i have it. what if hpt finally supported real time tuning without some sort of add on to the EIO like efi live . EURIEKA!!... if im right i owe someoen a drink ...lol. heres hoping thats what it is . any ideas guys?

I didn't think real time tuning was possible with the LS1 pcm the way they are . The only way it is possible is to modify it as has been done with the Moates and RTLS1 PCM's .Would be great if i was wrong though .

That would be awesome if it was possible to do real-time tuning.
Then you could have real-time MAF recalibrations and such....
It sucks having to shut down the vehicle and write a configuration to the PCM

Boy, you young'ns are a soft bunch. Back when I
was a kid we had to walk uphill ten miles in the
snow, just to tune our carbermagators by smell
    with a pointed stick.

you wont reap many extra benefits of the stuff coming as you will need EIO to get the really cool stuff coming up...
and yes the Burrito warmer mod is an EIO only thing
    ...

you will still get normal stuf with the non-eio..but there are things that are EIO only things

Screw the radio...give them some Nyquil and some whiskey to chase them down.
