idle desired rpm in scanner doesn't match editor

I have tried everything I can think of with no luck so I hope someone can help me. I have a 2003 Yukon running a 2 bar speed density os. the problem is whatever I set the idle at in the target idle speed when I start the vehicle it will idle and say its the desired idle speed at 100 rpm over what I set it at . If I put 700 across the board it idles at 800 and says that's the desired rpm. if I change it to 600 same thing it idles at 700 and says that's the desired rpm. at key on the desired is correct but after a couple of minutes it always rises. I've tried a different tune and uninstalling the editor and reinstalling. is there another table somewhere I'm missing?

    Post tune, post log.

Probably missed a table somewhere or something like that.

Make sure you're in advanced view.

Edit, view advanced. Otherwise you see next to nothing.
