    Unable to update drivers

    I have windows ten and I tried bothe methods of installing the drivers auto and manually and it simply will not load the drivers. Not sure how to get my laptop to load them

    Do you have the MPVI plugged into the USB? Once it is plugged in, Windows 10 should look for the drivers. When they are not found, you can direct the OS to the drivers location.

    are you getting an error when attempting to read your vehicles ecm?
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Yes, and I directed but it still wouldn't update

    Then what's the error?

    Does the interface show up in device manager?

    Interface not found, and it does show up in device manager. When I get it to try and update them it won't do it in auto, and I can't locate the files to do it manually even though I have downloaded them
