    New LPE MAF acting eratic

    2005 C6 TT with ID850 Injectors was originally tuned with stock MAF and ran great. Just upgraded to a new LPE 4" MAF along with their supplied flow numbers and now when we just drive it part throttle in MAF only the LTFT and STFT are all over the place. I would have expected the LPE number to be pretty damn close. I have attached the calibration and recent log. Also I am attaching a picture of the MAF and it's location, I am wondering if the immediate transition from a 3.5" pipe to a 4" MAF is causing issues along with the MAF being right up to the TB.     have to retune MAF each set up is going to be different. the LPE numbers are just a starting point.

    MAF table needs to be re-tuned. You can't swap something like that out and expect it to work 100% without any adjustments just based on their generic supplied data.
    Post a log and tune if you want help

    yea it will need tuning for sure. MAF table will need a lot of work in the lower HZ region.

    The last one of these I did - I wound up just using the MAF for the IAT and going straight SD... Didn't matter how well I had it dialed in - every time the bypass or bov would open the engine would all but die out and then pick back up... Something to think about before you waste a whole lot of time perhaps? Not to mention that close to the TB - you'll always be fighting yourself...
