LC9 Swap Into Colorado (ex-4cyl), Runs great but lopes and 10mph

Hey all, I have a 2006 Colorado with a LC9 5.3L (58x) that we did the dod and afm delete and installed a LS6 cam, LS6 intake, and headers. I used the LC9 36LB flex fuel injectors from the truck motor, and this is where I'm confused. The PCM is an E67 from a V1 CTS-V, since the truck runs a T56 manual trans. Long story short I get the truck started on the CTS-V calibration (by turning off VATS of course) and we resolve all the initial leaks/ bugs and I manage to get it over to a local tuner and the truck puts down 375/375 through the T56. I told him about the flex fuel injectors but I can't be confident he entered the data correctly. Is it possible to tune a vehicle on VE only even though the injector data is wrong? The truck kinda lopes at idle and gets piss poor mileage (title should read 10mpg not 10mph), but runs really strong. I've attached the tune if anyone is interested.
