11.8 L according to this article comparing manifolds.

Does it run if you press on the pedal slightly? Hows your fuel pressure?

Whats your Fuel Trims, did you adjust your o2's for long tubes, along with taken out 3deg of timing per 50shot of NOS

Last 11.45L is the Manifold Volume for FRRP Intake 3V05-2010

When you raised your engine RPM you also need to raise the RPM for AC. Stalling on Shift could be a dashpot issue.

Sounds like you need to adjust your airflow tables for idle....this should be under the idle tab. Log STIT and LTIT and there is one for a/c too and then take those value's and make adjustments to the tune.

here is the latest log, can get car to idle but still getting a dip when changing gears, and when turning the a/c on it shuts off
also when accelerating it makes popping sounds from the exhaust like backfiring.

The FRPP is 11.80L as murfie stated if you are using 47lb GT500 injectors your data is way wrong and change your ivo setting to 321.50 and see if this helps also log stit and ltit and make adjustments if your having idle issues. I didn't see these parameters being logged.

FRPP is 11.45l thats direct from ford racing, you MAF transfer is out of wack, i would force open loop and dial in your MAF transfer better using STFT

Well ive always used and been told 11.8 i guess ill start using 11.45. The reason i say chang his IVO settings is because his tune file say thumpr cams but his his IVO is still set to factory and his injection timing is off thus probably causing a majority of his fueling and exhaust popping.
