I've read through the stickies and searched quite a bit. I am working on a 2015 Jeep wrangler, auto, sprintex supercharger, 40" tires with 5.38 gears. I input the numerical values for tire size and gear ratio, then perform the EGS5x init procedure and the speed is still reading 20MPH too slow...... The values appear to be saving in the TIPM as my modified numbers show up if I attempt to adjust the speedo again in the VCM scanner. It looks like the EGS5x init procedure is not working in the scanner. No "hot oil" message or dings from the dash happen, like they do with my shop scan tool, only a "init successfully completed" message.
Let me know if I'm missing a step or if this is just not a working function in the scanner for this vehicle.
Trac control disable is working though, perfect for the dyno!
