I finally just bought a high performance replacement from Animal Performance. Problem solved. Sometimes there's just no amount of tuning that'll fix it.

I had same issue on 2 swaps I did and my fix was I had taken too much of the torque reduction at shift out.. first had a bult trans and I didn't think I needed that in a strip car with good trans.. I tuned another truck months later that I had swapped and mid tune it started doing it also.. realized I had removed the reduction few changes ago.. put back some of it and bam. shifted fine.. I have verified on other cars since similar results.. it doesn't like 0s in the 1-2 and 2-3 shift torque reduction
