6.7 torque limit

Can someone tell me there is a 1400nm limit on the 6.7s? I'm helping tune a 2011 6.7 but can't get it go over 1400nm. All the limiters are at at least 1500nm and the throttle map is also at 1500nm but the torque will go up and stay right at 1400. Is there any way around this? I don't really like adjusting the torque to fuel and pulse width maps other than re-scaling, but is that my only option?

If you just want more fuel at WOT, you should raise the Pulse width at the very top column by a bit. that should keep everything stock like except with more fuel added at WOT. you will also need to add a some of timing there so the injection is finished early enough on the piston down stroke.
