need help ls1 camaro keeps hitting rev at 2-3 shift wot

hey guys looking for a little advice im new to hp tuners an I believe I have a common issue I just need a little help getting around it .. the car I have is a 98 Camaro ls1 with 4l60e 60k miles on it .. didn't start doing power adders until 55k,... has all bolt on power adders and I just installed the hd2 kit from pro built automatic an a new yank ss4000 stall.. 1-2 shifts spot on at the commanded rpm and mph but my 2-3 is not I keep hiting rev .. engine rev limit is set at 6300 .. the 2-3 shift is set at 5900rpm an 61mph ... before I installed shift kit an converter with just the bolt on tune it would spin tire going into 3rd can someone shed some light on my issue. thanks in advance

Mine was doing the same thing in a 99 silverado with a built LS1, but ended up being the 3-4 clutches were done. Hope that's not the case for you.
