TCC not staying locked under 5% TPS

I'm at my wits end here so any help is appreciated. This is a 2000 fbody with heads/cam/3000 converter. Everything works as commanded except for the converter lockup. It will not lock until TPS is above 10% at any speed. Once it locks, it will unlock as soon as TPS goes lower than 5% and will not lock again until 10% is once again exceeded. This gets extremely annoying maintaining highways speed. I have verified in the scanner that the pcm is commanding the lockup clutch off when this happens. Can someone please look at the file and see if I'm missing anything? TCC issue.hpt

I forgot to update this thread......everything in the tune was correct. The problem ended up being a faulty brake switch. Once that was replaced everything functioned correctly.
