Posted log file for my 07 Z06 (Cam, headers, intake, exhaust, MSD intake manifold)

One of my issues is I'm getting some knock in the same RPM spot. I assume dropping the high octane spark a degree or two may help. Have not tested it. My overall timing is not high, so not sure why I would be getting knock considering my A/F is good.

Second is I get some surging between 1200-2000 in light throttle scenario. Probably cam surge. I do notice the A/F is pretty lean while cruising. I thought may be adding some fuel would help. Would I do this in the VE table? My cars LTFT is disabled all the time and runs off STFT. I had a shop tune the car initially.

Car runs great and pulls nice, but the knocking concerns me a little.
