Trying to log knock retard no luck, also how do you toggle between charts, channels,

Hi,
I'm trying to log knock retard but the graph table only scans one line. The timing table scans fine. I need help setting it up please.
Also I closed the charts and gauges and now I don't see tabs or anything to reopen or toggle them on or off.

Here is the table I use for tuning my car - it is using the same column / row entries as the timing table in my pcm. You will probably want to customize it for yours but it should show you enough you can build your own.
