    Program Crashes

    Hello,
    New user here.
    I'm trying to put together my 1st video. Every time I add a second input file (it can be anything--video, data, etc...) the program crashes.
    I haven't yet purchased the full version. Is this part of the problem? I have the same problem on the 32 bit PC version, the 64 bit PC version, and the Mac version.

    Hello. There should be no problem adding additional files. I would suspect that it's related to some data in one of these files, but will need to see the diagnostic log immediately after it crashes to get a better idea...

    The diagnostic log can be obtained by restarting the software and going to "Help" -> "Show Diagnostic Log". If you could copy/paste that here, or e-mail it to me at Info@RaceRender.com, that would be helpful in diagnosing the problem. It would also be useful to know what types of files you are using when it crashes, and which equipment they came from.

    Also, if the software prompts you to submit the crash log data (it's a checkbox option at the bottom of the Session Recovery prompt), please go ahead and do so. I do keep an eye on those and am on the lookout for any trends.

    The files are from my iPhone and TrackAddict. The file types are .csv and .mp4.

    I'm having a similar problem, when I add the log file it will crash. It only does it with my most recent data from TrackAddict recorded April 29-May 1. Here is the crash file:

    Thanks for sending the diagnostic data. I have some good news... This appears to be a bug that I have already fixed, and we will be releasing an update for it in version 3.5.7 early this coming week...

    Looks like it may be related to the longer file names that TrackAddict uses, and possibly some recent update to Windows or .NET, as this is technically an old bug that just hadn't caused an actual problem until very recently all of the sudden.
