Anothe truck won't start!

Well I was in the middle of writing the tune when all of a sudden it stops and an error comes up stating "UNABLE to connect to VCM. Verify cable is connected and the key is in run position".

Ok did that, swtiched the car to the off position and tried again. Now it won't even crank. Tried writing the tune again and same error msg.. Restared my PC, hooked up HPT and tried to read entire VCM and same error..

WTF!? VCM Voltage says 0.1, looking at my dash it is at about 1/2, meaning around 11 VCM Voltage!?!?!?!?
