Interface Not Found on replacement MPVI

My recently replaced MPVI was working fine, but today after I successfully flashed a tune I started the scanner and got the Interface Not Found message. I verified the USB ports are working and I connected to another vehicle and got the same thing.

I can pull the info from the unit and the power light comes on when the obd cable is connected or the USB cable is connected.

I do not see the device in Device Manager when connected, not sure if that's expected.

Windows 10 on a Dell laptop.

What's next? I'm kind of in a bad spot now.

They just sent it to me so I doubt its been banned.
