    Install help

I am getting real close to installing my HPtuners on my turbo Z28. My main questions is sense my car will only see a 2 bar Speed Density tune is it required that I use the narrow band o2 sensors? Won't the HPTuners use the LC-1 wideband to measure and correct the A/F ratio? I know the FAST, DFI, and BS3 setup are run this way being speed density setups.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I didnt have any luck with the search.

All corrections to the AFR will need to be done by you. The PCM outputs a Commanded AFR but it has no way of knowing if it is correct.
Log the Commanded AFR & your wideband AFR and then use the AFR Error PID to determine how far off you are.

I have talked with a few tuners who said it would be benificial to keep the narrow bands. I guess I am gonna do that and keep the ease of tuning.

Yes, for closed loop operation you will definitely want the narrowbands.
