Commanded throttle not following pedal position, also KR

2008 TBSS / LS2, largely stock, twin turbo, E85. I'm still working on the tune - I've got the VE and MAF pretty close (for street tuning), but occasionally this will occur. Step it down, and it will "flutter" at a certain point. It won't go any further unless I back out and try to get on it again...at which it will usually take off as it should. Tune and log attached...issue occurs at 00:42.

I'm also having issues with KR...but in weird areas. Also looks like burst knock, but I've got that disabled. So, if there's that jumps out, I'd appreciate the guidance.

Here is another example - issue starts at 10:31. Here I was able to back off the throttle then get back into it and recover.

Have you tried gas from a different station just to rule out crap e85? I have been getting the same issue and plan to drive 35mins out of my way tomorrow to try gas from a different station just to make sure its not that. I typically show 75% alcohol content but wonder if the gas itself isnt good. My buddy with same tune and car gets gas from a different station and 81% content and no KR.

I have tried gas from different stations. I don't believe this is actual knock, as the timing and engine load is fairly low. It might be something mechanical for all I know. I'll have to check again and make sure I'm not hitting anything.

Nobody has anything on the weird throttle position stuff?

I was doing some more searching and reading about this, and I was starting to think the blade was getting pushed around by turbulence or whatever since it seemed to be random. I was logging last night and was able to catch it again, and I noticed that it's commanding the throttle to close and open (while accel pedal stays at 100%). See the attached log, it begins at 03:06. The current tune is attached as well.

BTW, since this trans can handle it, I've disabled all TQ management in the tune. I also disabled StabiliTrak during this run, so although it looks like something is trying to ruin the fun, nothing should be...

Also, during the event, timing starts out where it should be, but then drops to the point that it ends up -13 degrees - even though there isn't any knock present. There is later, but that's another thing I'm still working on.
