    03 chevy 6.6 cant read pcm

    Downloader boot loader request download x7f negative response code.
    will not read pcm any suggestions?

    bootloader timeouts suggest a wiring/battery related issue which on a 15 year old car are not unheard of.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
