Where can I pull the fuel pump PWM signal from

I'm doing a swap with an 07 LY6 out of a Silverado, using its ECM (E38 with VVT) and have a returnless PWM pump that I am using from a 2010 Camaro. I wanted to know how to control the PWM of this pump with this computer and what pin the signal comes from.
I can see in the stock tune from the Silverado that it says a FPCM is not fitted, but it does have all sorts of different desired fuel pressures.
Also I don't see any sort of fuel pressure sensor anywhere, does anyone know where it is supposed to be? Or if I need one which one to buy.
I have a feeling I will need to also purchase a FPCM for the 2010 camaro pump.

what was the resolution on this? I too would like to know how to get the e38 to run a PWM fuel pump without the stock FPCM.
