Trouble with VIN Swap Tool after New Computer

Hey guys, I'm running a 2005 Avalanche flex fuel OS on my 2005 Silverado. I've paid for both licenses and they both show up in my licenses list. But when I read the Avalanche OS off my truck, then try and use the VIN wizard to write my truck's original VIN, it prompts me to buy the license even though I own the licenses for both VIN's. Any ideas?

Before my old computer's motherboard failed, I had no issues with the VIN swap tool and these two tunes.

single vcm licenses do not qualify for vin changes. Additionally you will likely not be able to switch from an Avalanche vin to a silverado vin or vice versa easily or cheaply. Best bet would be to have the ecm flashed via tech 2 to the vin/os pair you want FIRST then read, license & tune away.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
