I need some help with Ford Focus RS 2.3 ecoboost

I have Focus my 2016 ecoboost and I don't know how to make more more boost and how tomake thorttle wide open. On diagnostic I see between 3000-5000 rpm thorttle about 40 %. here is my org. any body can help me? br

The 15-up EcoBoost is a bit different. I wish I had one to work on so I could write a guide. My write up should be helpful for pre-15 EcoBoost (should be good for 13-up transverse).
