6l80 TCC LINE PRESSURE ISSUE CIRCLE D 3000 HP

Okay, This thing has me stumped. I have spent all of my free time over the last four days scouring forums and making changes to the tune to no avail. I have contacted Circle D as well as my local tuner and tried their recommendations as well.
    Here the situation:
    2012 Caprice PPV
    L92 short block
    6L80 trans
    BTR Stage 1 N/A cam
    Circle D 278mm 3000 stall HP converter
    CAI and axle back exhaust

    TCC disabled in 1-4
TCC desired slip = 0 in all tables
TCC ramp table = all cells increased +90psi
Max Pressure = 138.2 all cells
    Regulator gain= 1.5 (have tried 0, 0.5, 1, 2 and 8 as well, no change)
    Regulator offset= 90psi (have tried 40, 60,and 110 no change)
TCC desired slip= 0 on all tables
    TCC adapt MIN&MAX= 0 ( have tried 0/100, 50/100, 100/100, no change)

I have also tried maxing the misfire tables(not on this tune) with no change.

The TCC line pressure ramps in to ~45psi to lock the clutch, bleeds off to ~20psi, clutch starts slipping up to ~50rpm, TCC pressure ramps back to ~45psi and clutch locks. This cycles approximately every 2 seconds while cruising. It is not affected by speed. I have locked the TCC through the VCM Scanner and it ramps to 594psi and holds. The only changes that appear to have had any affect is setting the desired slip tables to zero, as before it would slip even further before the TCC line pressure would increase and re lock. I have attached a log with the issue as well as the current tune.
    ANY help is greatly appreciated!!

At the TCC ramp table. Zero out the -40 to the 0 rpm cells and retest.

Most likely this is the same problem i had in my 2010 holden ute.

In the short the fix was to flash in a camaro calibration and problem disappeared. you can fuck around with tcc stuff as much as you like it wont make any difference.

Also had to reconfigure the tapshift to get it working again.

haha, just downloaded your tune. EXACT SAME OS/CAL AS MY 2010.

start with attached tune and you will be sweet.

Okay, so I just need to license the file and do a "write entire" to my TCM only, correct?

***PROBLEM SOLVED***The answer was yes. I licensed and loaded the trans tune you posted and it immediately solved the problem. With the gain at 1.5 and Offset at 90 it holds constant at 60psi, Thanks a ton Tre-Cool. Now I just need to soften up the shifts a little so the wife is happy(its "her" car.)

yeah licensing other files is one of the major gripes i have with HPT's licensing structure. That's why i hardly use it. Must be a nightmare for guys doing conversions needing to chop/change different hardware/software versions around.

For others that may use the same file. Do the Full flash. Then do a cal flash of your original auto tune.

The problem seems to be in the underlying OS code & not in the calibration.

Interesting, I would have thought yours would of been a 24256125 based OS at least. The tune i posted was a 24256025. Which i didnt think where compatible.

If anyone is still around on this thread, the suggestion in the post did help my problem like everyone else. However, I lost my sport drive mode button. Did anyone else get the same problem? If so, how did it fix?

I'm having this same issue in my 2012 Caprice and it's an OS 24256125. I have a 2010 Camaro file already licensed OS 24249179, could I use that and do a file compare with the tune posted? Or can I do a file compare with my ppv trans, and copy the values from the tune Tre-Cool posted?

Old thread but I tuned a 2015 Chev SS (not Camaro) and it has this issue and it has TCM OS 24267577. I have not yet resolved it.

I just added a 3000 stall Circle D TC to my Silverado build, having this issue. Excited to flash it with Tre-Cool's file after work and see if it resolves the issue!

According to Paul at "the other guy's software"; these OS's are not compat. I don't wanna link the other board, but this is what Paul said there:

All OS numbers on the same line are interchangeable, if two OS numbers are on different lines then they cannot be interchanged.

    24237276,24237685,24239353,24240291,24248859,24243 170
    24244551,24249042,24253414,24249179,24251030,24249 833

    24252573,24254909,24256025,24257135,24256065
    24256125,24257238
    24261871,24264142,24264923
    24265260
    24264497,24267577,24270599
    24257301
    24267571
    24268005

The '15SS I'm working on has T43 OS 24267577 and it has this issue. In the next few days I am going to try and flash 24264497, or 24270599, and put our cal data back on top and see what we get. I will update. I'm hoping this list helps others with this issue as well.
