Just installed HPT. Can't read the VCM. Help.

    Hi All,
I'm in the UK so I won't be able to visit this post again for a good few hours. I hope someone can help. I know this problem has come up before but I can't find the answer.
I have a LS1 GM crate motor and VCM.
I've just installed my HPT 2.1.10 and am unable to even read the VCM.
I get the 'verify cable is connected and key is in the run position.' error message. The interface has the power LED illuminated and a slowly flashing 'busy' LED, so that looks ok?
Is there a way to rectify this?
I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but no luck.
    This is very urgent.
    Any help appreciated.
    Tom.

You will have to download a calibration from Horist's site. VCM Suite can't read the GM Crate Motor PCM according to KEN in this post.
